Hi betty.k thanks so much for writing back!

I understand that lithium ion cells have higher voltage that is why I have them configured two in series and two in parrallel so the finial voltage is:

3.7 + 3.7 = 7.4v

so the voltage should not be a problem, right?

Also, please tell me what’s going on with the ausmmicro shop? Are they not accepting orders for anything at this time?

shame that I’m in my industry 3 years too late 🙁 Does anyone here run a lexan body on a Z?

The bodies don’t come with any masks unfortunately, a real bummer considering what a hassle it is to make and apply mini masks. I’m seriously considering the carbon chassis route, got some micro LiPos from my Lama, but most chassis offerings are based on AAA. I can whip up a few Carbon/Kevlar panels, but I don’t have access CNC router. 🙁

Yes, you have to indicate a conflict within 45 days.

Today, I received my notification from paypal that I will get my money back.
It’s a pitty that the shop is not in business anymore, because even paypal did not get any answer regarding the issue.

yea i got that same one, its kinda chunky, but i’ll make it fit say in the window area, but its of no use atm, waiting for my turbo to be sent out before i can even trial it.. so its just sitting round atm.. i got it a week after ordering so good turn around

in the past the shop has been fantasic and responsive, this past few months has been very worring, im in Melb also, and have had a few responses but nothing for the last 2 weeks..

i received a reply yesterday or the day before. The Ausmicro Shop has had problems sending the orders through to Aaron. Its been processing the orders and payment sent, and thats where its been stopping. He said its being looked into and will be rectified asap.

Aaron is currently out of town and will return Sunday night, so monday you should start to hear from him.

So, that is good to hear.

But nevertheless I can appreciate this, a short feedback about
the order inquiries should be possible, mainly as some/most? customers have
already payed via paypal, so they have some concerns about
the order.

And of course, to come back to topic,
we all want to upgrade our mini-z with this FETs as soon as possible :smiley16:

I have the same problem, ordered the FET pack two weeks ago, no
change in order status, sent two inquiries via the contact form and
one via the email address the paypal payment goes to, no feedback
at all.

Does anyboday know if the shop is still in business?

Hi there,
There is actually a new track openned in Box Hill. Melbourne ! There is a track area for Mini-z / Iwaver with cafe facility. They also sell Iwavers and hot up parts. It is not bad, only costs $5.50 for a dayp***. The price also included 1 can of drink !
Address is 757 Station St, Box Hill (on the corner of Thames & Station St, it was a petrol station)
