It looks pretty good, $40 isn’t really too bad if it does turn out not to be great. Its worth experimenting, it looks pretty big. I couldn’t find much info on them either.

After several days of reading this topic and not understanding it a hell of a lot, I got my fet modded car back from micro_Amps. It is very quick, its wheels spin taking off and doesn’t reverse straight away because there is so much power. It also does great donuts. havn’t tried it on carpet or hill climbing but have been told it can do these. Definitely worth getting done.

yeah I have looked through your webshots but I thought that these pictures weren’t in that collection. The auto modellista cars look really good together in those photos.

I thought Barrell lived in tassie, maybe I just made that up in my head though. You should order some things on the internet anyway, it makes it easier to get what you really want. Here’s his link anyway.

oh ok, yeah I will run some test prints on normal paper first. I’ll have a look at those tech decks, thanks. If I go ahead with the hobby sticker paper I’ll post results on what I think.

That is poor that they sell compacts at the same price, but I guess they can take advantage because not everyone is going to know the difference, thats business.

what was that quote for? I meant to say its paper that you can print your own decals. It comes in white and clear but hobbyone didn’t have any clear sheets in stock, so they are going to call me when some arrives. Has anyone used this? is it good?

I think they are bigger, and I also think that they are gas/petrol/whatever they use. The ones I saw were really easy to drift because they have so much acceleration.

yeah thats what I was thinking. On top of the PCB would most likely be the easiest place to mount it, depending on size. Some cars could probably have it mounted in front of the spoiler.

I’ve only driven with a 1.0, 2.2, and 2.6, it would probably be the 2.6 that I think is that best out of them.
