actually i use super glue for this, works great. either screw the nuts on an put a drop on the protruding axle or get some glue on the nut’s thread, let it dry then screw it on. or you can use “proper” stuff like loctite.:8ball:
i had a few nasty knocks throughout the day, i think cutting out the grills weakened the front as well. it was mostly superglue by the time me an’ merc’s mini had some cool neck and neck racing. i think i spun out in front of him and it was bye bye skyline!:dead:
my issues were with the full alloy servo gears. they just don’t mesh as smoothly as the plastic ones. i think jamies setup is a better option:8ball:
