You could try getting the Jaycar Catalogue instead? Still has useful info in the back.

*lol* I could, but you’d have to supply the electricity to pump back to the local electricity grid. :smiley2:

You should be okay doing that, provided you exercise the same caution you (should) exercise when you double or triple charge your bit.

It’s the lithium ones that you have to be careful of when you charge them.

    Nice job trash,

Heh, whats next on the Ausmicro electronics course?

Care to tackle BJTs or FETs? 😀

Although my exams are over now it’d still be cool to read a quick faq on 3 terminal devices.

There are some left at my Kmart… Pity they aren’t getting rid of them at $10 each… They’re still all priced $19.95 thats even with this toy “sale” on.

Gah… I just saw these things on Kmart’s shelves this afternoon… Thank God I’ve got the self control (read: GF was shopping with me) not to buy one straight away.

Still they sound cool, does anyone know if the programming is held onboard the car itself or the controller?

It was absolutely freezing up there… (First time I’ve ever seen snow)

I had a jacket on most of the time, but I did take my jacket off down in the cafeterias and stuff.

Lots of people looked at me, but I don’t know if thats because they know what Ausmicro is or cause they recognised me as the guy who keeps falling over and sliding down the slope on his ass.

I guess the ppl up there are more interested in skiing/boarding than micro r/c oh well…

(I know this maybe a little late, but I’ve been away for a while)

Wow! uA you’re amazing! Even though you didn’t develop this mod yourself, kudos to you for being nice enough to offer it to all the rest of us without the skills to do it ourselves!

Keep up the great work uA!

    W:shock::shock::shock::shock::shock::shock::shock::shock::shock:W!!!

The updated site looks great… Good Job Aaron!

One of these day I’m going to have enough spare time to try the new features.

Hmmm, I’d better go before people start getting ticked off that I keep saying that Uni leaves me no time anymore.

    Heh,

I’ve just taken time out to say that my shirt has arrived as well…

Hmm… Methinks me’ve put on some weight… I’ve heard that too much studying can do that to a person…

Thanks again Kitty and Aaron 😀

Like my sig says, I”m still alive… (And thankful that Aaron keeps paying the bills for me to play in this backyard.):D

I’m reduced to lurking when I can afford to spend time away from studying… Maybe once every week, or two weeks…

    In Melbourne.

Yep, I’m still alive and floating around. 😀

I’m with Kitty, I don’t think we need a chat room on this site.

But a slightly larger range of smileys would be nice 😀

And I’m looking forward to having my own avatar.

Sorry I missed it guys. My “shoulda finshed by 3” ended up finishing at 5. 🙁 This was supposed to be a holiday but 👿 All I’ve done is homework… 👿

Oh well, I’ll try to catch the next one if my Uni homework permits.

Otherwise I’ll be there in spirit… :clown:

Nah, I’m up for either a meet and greet or a race. I’m guessing we’ll need a pub in the city for whoever it was coming in from Geelong…
