I don’t really know about on Bit CHar-g shells. It’s really easy to scrach the plastic and only way to cover it is a thick layer of paint.

if your car is internal dual cell. then all u need is a shell mod.
just don’t run the car a long time at once.

i think thre is only 1 type of car which is a black Evo 6 with Nokia Decals. It is IR control.

I’ve done the DIP switch mod on my car now. It’s a easy mod, only took me about 20mins.

It’s really good for Dual Cell cars because of the more longer run time.

Use a hobby knife to cut one DIP switch off is fine because the plastic on the switch is pretty tough and they won’t crack like other plastics.

i’m not sure but i suggest put (or solder on) some pieces of light weight metal to spread heat from the heat sink.

the Perfection Motors will fit the Bit Char-A Precious chassis. u can see the front end of the motor is different. if u want it to fit a bit char-g chassis u have to sand off bits until it fits.

merc-blue is right. queen vic market is a good place to get clones. u get surprises from clones. some of them can be really good sometimes even better than a stock CCG. but sometimes u can get some that won t even move. then u only can use it as a source of spare parts.
