there is also gold stock BCG rims, swapping the front knuckles is hardest becos if you bend a pin then you are kinda screwed becos your rim will never run straight again, its not to hard to do but it takes a verysteady hand and ALOT of patients. you can get the hot swap rims from the johnny lighting hot wheels cars and if you can track down the german rims then i suggest it cos they are very very cool and they make your car go absoultey fantasticly

u can straight fit the front knuckles to a BCG and the rear rims are a shortening of the axle away.

makes your car look very cool but some of the shells u use will hav to hav sum modification done becos otherwise the get caught on the gaurds.

the doors is the biggest problem, i think i may end up just softening some lines of the lancer cos it has 4 doors and a bit of an elongated front

Barrelll, do the lowering tab method as your car will look alot better and its better than shaving holes in the shell like i have done, over time the shell starts to strecth which is not a good thing

Bithed told me Mini Z is just starting to take off and that 1/10 is really really Big but alot of people are looking for something a bit easier to drive in less space

you guys dont seem to understand how much faster the car actually is, you lightly press on the throttle and the car goes flying, it takes about 80cm for the car to actually come to a halt when the thottle has been depresed, where as before the car would just pull up within about 30cm, and driving in a bedroom without any traction and metal Tv stands and stuff in the way its a bit hard to keep your car straight and un damaged.

i think lithgow is too far for most of us, especially myself and GT-ahh as we will have to have a long bus ride followed by about 4 hours by train which is just ludacris for some R/c racing.
somewhere locally in Sydneys centre or the equvalent is the best place IMO
