im a happy camper! free set of black kyosho alloy wheel nuts came with the stylin rims:D
as well as the cf h-plates. jeez these things are stiff as, what sort of front suspension do i need now:question:
slang for a $20 bill, now i geddit.
had a few as well betty?

indeed:smiley2:
i dont gettit betty! that would only buy you one lobster…
LOL!
my bad… it definatly was mr.trash.
remember the axles and shell can still be modded!
this comps going to get started soon.i’ll see what i can do about macro-photos of the sbcg pcb. you do mean a super bit dont you?
and speaking of comps, remember your bit-rig road train betty? have you got any working cabs left over?
good to see some positive responses… i’m going to meet up with Aaron tomorrow to have a beer with our benefactor and pitch a bit in myself for (one month off) 2 years worth of being a part of this community.
ive been having a go at it recently, my name there is z beam.
its so crappy as far as graphics but the concept and execution considering its free is great.
damn! i’ll be in capital city untill tuesday now so i’m sure we’ll get a chance to meet up.
did the rims and h-plates come in the first box?
Danger! danger will robinson!
the import racer one is exactly the same style but the supports are in the wrong place… easy to fix!
i’ve never tried that one… i usually adjust the shell for lowering. other cars are perfect for making custom wheels tho, e.g. johnny lightning or import tuners (NOT the ones with dub 20 inchers if you want lowrider style).
but to answer your question, you gotta cut the unwanted wheels off with a pair of wire clippers or crush and rip ’em with small pliers.
you still working on the supra? i’ve got one in the works also…
i got one allready:D! xcept mines half the size and has 4 led’s that cycle through the spectrum while the mirror rotates.
i got it to display some nice crystal specimens in the loungeroom.
but the first thing i thought was rotating car display once it was plugged in!!! i can get the small ones for $20 and the larger ones for $25 AUD
hey Aaron im in queanbeyan tonight and will be staying at the quest apartments in the center of canberra on the weekend. forget posting that stuff for me, i could either pick it up from you or meet up some where over the next couple of days… any good places in the city to race z’s at?:smiley2:
smp im in byron bay, and do get up to brisbane pretty regular. you know any good race locations?
speaking of removing bearings from kyosho plastic rims, whats the safest way to do it without destroying the bearings???
yeah i think it was that prof. farnsworth who did a differential for a bit using bearings, steel plate one side and a magnet on the other using the tomy gear in between.
pics would be nice but a purchasable differential to suit a tomy bit char-g (on the standard ratio) without having to modify the chassis would make my day, and increase my enjoyment of the hobby a thousand-fold.
what would the diff alone be worth? if it was possible to fabricate a limited run i’m sure the items would be quite collectable and sought after peices…
pleeeeeze!!! look at my tracks and see why i need 4 differentials for my cars to steer evenly!!
betty doesnt care about how the shells going to look, hes a sadist when it comes to destroying bodies…:smiley2:
i know the greene and the nightingale family very well and they live in falls creek near huskisson.
you from down that way pete?
