Thanks. Been looking at a new list of Mini-T goodies from a supplier of ours, we’ll probably stock a few bits and pieces.

The dirty DGS has was one of the last of the orginal limited edition run made by Aoshima. It’s stunning 🙂

For a laugh check out http://www.madmaxcars.com – interesting to see how rusty aussie sh!tters are worth more money in the USA 🙂

Some of those prices are just stupid though – and at AUD69.00 they’re either getting a massive break on them or they’re not paying tax etc 😉

It’s not too late to get on the group buy and pay a little less 😉

Preist, I have a ‘odd’ 6 left over from testing so we can definately talk turkey about that. Posts is SFA (ie includined in the price). I’de prefer direct deposit, but PayPal can be done.

    Preist,
If you have a look at some specs for the SI4562DY you’ll find that yup it’s a little better than the IRF7389….

BUT it’s not really any better than the IRF7317 that will be coming on the mass market real soon.

    IRF7317:
Total resistance at voltages for stock PCB 0.065ohms

    SI4562DY:
Total resistance at voltages for stock PCB
    0.060 to 0.065ohms Datasheet isn’t consistent)

They also handle basically the same current load.

ausmicro.com will be selling IRF7317s for AUD20.00 (per ten) and have some in stock now.

Takata, I’ll annouce final calls for order the middle of this week (Wednesday) and you can deposit directly into our bank account (using cash or direct transfer).

Kitsune and z-beam I’ll count the items from ausmicro.com seperately as they’re running from local stock.

With the dollar staying high I may revise prices DOWN after the order is placed and the currency transfer gone through to refund the difference. ie I’ve done all these calculations at a fixed rate so that everyone is getting the same deal. I may use any extra to support shipping by Express instead of regular as an example.

I won’t be buying more toys for quite a while… The budget just doesn’t exist anymore – in fact there will probably be a major reduction in toys 🙁

$110 hey? Interesting… I suspect that’s a little above what iWaver actually expected them to sell for (their RRP was USD49.95) but we do have some of the highest import costs here…

Yeah 1/18th for many years has been the traditional “micro”.

I suspect it won’t be long and I’ll be 1/18th enhanced as well…

chino – I tend to agree that AWD spoils 😉 *laughs* it’s very easy to enjoy and AWD car, and more challenging to punt a RWD or FWD car.

I also agree that they’re just as bad as each other for breakages and weakpoints… but it just seems xmods suffer more wear/sloppy parts failure than breakage….
