I have seen races/carnage..whatever u call it, but if a tin car is chaep it might make a good racing car, tht doesn’t matter too much if it gets wrecked.

We do LOL……..Yes there arent many chicks on the forum…The idea chick is one which you can talk tech to. All of my previous gf’s i couldn’t talk to…….so I stick with r/c cars…..they are high maintenence, but not as high maintenence as chicks.

if you put asolder blob on it it will melt the plastic. You cant just drop a blob on it as it will not bond to the metal.

Why did you bend it?

I’d like to say its fixable, but the contact is directly connected to the brush. If you can salvage a brush/contact from a 1.0 etc,it may be fixable.

I went to the race meet at the local kmart carpark today. They were racing cars from 1:18, up to 1:8.

The 1:10 races were organised pandemonium, but great to watch…lots of collisions. The little 1:18 cars, amazingly were keeping up with the 1:10 cars, they even led the race!

The 1:8 cars were truly awesome; 120km/h in the kmart carpark throw in a turn, do a drift, smoke up the tires…….awesome.

I think if I get my cars going i’ll have two shells, one for racing and one for show and tell. Just about every car was damaged somehow….

By the way… does anyone know where i can get a mini z for under 250AUD?

Hmmm. Thanks for being honest, but im a bit worried with the cracks in the front and the broken suspension strut. It looks like you wanted tosell the whole thing rather than just the chassis.

Thanks, will do. I’ve just finished the different sections. Theres now a ‘Bit Char-G’ button which drops a menu down to more information sections such as ‘Coming Soon’. Just got to convert my ‘tips’ section to the new layout and do Mikes Mods. Sorted :smiley1:

I’m sure Kitty is _very_ good, but then again I think all anyone has to do is read back through the forums and have a bit of a think about what Derek and I could be up to. I’d say Kitty has put 2+2 together and made a number remarkably like 4 🙂

Thanks Gomisan. What do you suggest I do with the front page? Will breaking up the text with pictures help? Or should I just cut some of the text out? I know its a little bland at the moment – I’ll try adding a bit of colour to it.

I’ve never been too keen on backgrounds – it can sometimes make a page look really great or extremely naff! It is a bit bland at the moment though. I think I need to break up the text on the first page a little with some pictures and a splash of colour.

I’ve already had my cats running around like madmen after my car…. no alterations required.

The hard part is dodging the claws when i have to go in to retrieve/right it.

hmm, i think some video is in order! (ohh and the Bit-Char-G are just the right size, i think MiniZ’s would be too big.)
