Shypo, do you have or know where pics are of the R34 with the normal wing? I have, or have seen; the AM, pull-back and skyline GTR set and all have the bigger Gt wing? Which set comes with the smaller wing?

Really?? I have not heard of that, if it works that would be great. I will try it on my 27 mhz AM and the rest of my 27 mhz cars (have a few:) to see if I can duplicate the result. Will post either way.

Barrelll will this still be thru this site?? I still think whether or not we include any other scale cars? the number of cats should stay at 3. Too many makes for a messy comp. I would not mind leaving mini’s out or eliminating one of the other cats and creating a mini cat (sorry too much abreviation there, not trying to go all Austin Powers there:clown:).

Ok, thought about what z-beam said a bit more. How about these 3 cats.

1. pre-existing or new paint jobs on a non-mod. shell. Shell can be ANY micro shell (should we include mini z’s here)?

2. 3 colour paint job, sporting room for a ausmicro.com logo, say on the hood and side doors. Bit sized micros only (to allow for right sized logo).

3. pre-existing or new paint jobs on mod. shells. Bring out your heavy duty tools here. (should we include mini z’s here? I think mini’s fit for the first cat. But are ppl making new shells for their mini’s) Lights for effect, ie underbody or headlamps are allowed in this open cat.

I agree about the pic quality, as well as the way you take the pic, but you gotta start somewhere:) This would be the first shot at a comp. and I suspect if it is somewhat successful there would be others to come. Heck, I don’t even own a dig. camera

Give ppl 60 days to get their pics in to the Admin. Should have at least 3 judges. You don’t even have to know who the judges are really since pics etc.. could be emailed around and looked at very easily with the net. Do we have to know who is judging??? Or should we just say A&D and Trading Direct judge??

z-beam, don’t hold back man, say it like it is:smiley2: Age restriction was just a thought, didn’t really think it out, just put it out there. I do think that 2nd and 3rd cats are great. The only prob? with the first is that pre-existing stuff will be entered. Is that ok??? Or do you want new paint jobs only? The colour scheme ensures that we are seeing new paint jobs here on ausmicro.com first, not paint jobs from another site.. then here. I think that if stuff gets to other sites that is great, but since we are trying to advertise this site, we want to see it here first:)blackeye:.

Dave, I think maybe we should start a new thread to get admins attention. Don’t want to go too far with this until we get the word from above. I think they are trying to get the t-shirt thing settled first.

Anyone else, what would ppl enter, that is what we need to know?
