Looking good leonli17, dremel? I will have to lower mine FCS3 as well. On my ever expanding list of things to do;)
That could be a plan, but no paint is going on it, other then maybe primer:) See if you guys can figure it out;) Will have to look at the gulf LeMans colors though, do you have a link? The Initial D FC3S should be primed and painted by mid-week or so. Will post pics then. Still finding decals for the WRC cars and will start to put them on by the end of the week:)
There dany, take a look at the first few pics in my gallery:)
🙁 Thought you made them up. Guess the search continues… Just updated the gallery, including some very new pics (finally) of my initial D project as well as my ZZ SE:), lights, some never b4 posted pics of progress work on the WRC cars etc… etc… Hope you guys like.
Will give it a shot on my next go round. Was able for the most part to salvage both paint jobs. Haven’t tried the tamiya paints, have tried most of their other product thou:) but yet to try the paints, thanks betty. I do think that yellow, as with a few other colors can be a trickier color to work with? May just be me?
Happy bday PH. 21, seems like only yesterday:(
Good point betty. Do you know where the wallpapers are? couldn’t find them:shy:
like the s2000. Where did you get the decals for the Impreza? They look really good from the pic.
I have been having a bit of trouble with yellow myself:( I have tried both enamel and acryl and done two bits now, one primed and one not, and have found that it just doesn’t spray on right:( Haven’t switched paint companys yet, may be the problem, but I was wondering if it was one of a few tricky colors since seeing some of the the yellow microsizers, as well as some clones painted yellow, sometimes don’t seem to the best paintjobs? imo. Don’t have any yellow lambos, but do have a yellow bug and the paintjob on it looks good?
Just a side, most darker colors and white (for me) as well as silver seem to be the easiest to work with. barto, will have to take your word for it on the pink;) as I have yet to use it but threw that one in there as a choice for you seeing your latest creation:)
will post some pics soon:( Been busy with some other things but will try to get some pics in my gallery.
Hey Aaron (and twizm too, I guess;) Happy New Year, thanks for the update. I just had a flash for micro amps, instead of stickers, which alot of ppl would love to have, what about wallpaper for the computer. I am sure there is some budding graphix designers out there that would love to contribute to something like this, and it would keep the masses happy as well. Just a thought.
Knew you would wade into this one Panda;) Forgot about that one. Haven’t work with chrome paint, yet.
Too bad they don’t ask you which new car bodies you would like to see instead:(
Have seen them lots up here. Is the jeep a cannonball? Never bought one but thought about it for the charger. How many bats and what type does the charger take?

The poll doesn’t take into account primer vs. no primer, gloss vs. flat, or Enamel vs. Acryl (etc.) I just am looking for overall satisfaction with the finished work. I remember seeing someone here (sorry can’t remember who) post that silver, for example, is a very forgiving paint to work with. I would agree with this statement btw:)
Thanks will keep that in mind:) I am working on my Initial D bodies now that I have got most of the wrc bodies done. Have you seen/do you know about Initial D? If not, I will add some pics to my gallery for you to see. Tomy actually put out a set of two Initial D based cars and Zip Zap second edition cars have two Initial D based cars as well (plus a body package containing two more). I am aiming at having four cars from the series when I am done. Have 3 now, just moding the last RX7 as we speak. Will post pics soon.
no problem danyprat. It is just that someone (if I can remember correctly.. it is posted somewhere in the forums here) was either claiming the video as there own or using it to promote sales? It has been a bit of a touchy issue since (especially with all the hard work he put into the tracks and videos). Dave has, I believe, added his name to most of his works since.
Anyways the track looks great, did you use rubber for the surface? What camera did you use to shoot the car going around the track?
Will try to finally update gallery tomorrow:(
What are those funny black things in the picture;)
sry ph2t, I was thinking of ground clearance, but good to know about the turning arc not being affected by the larger wheels.
May have found the wheels for a beast on my end as well:) Have to finish up a few other projects b4 taking on this monster of a mod:)

for those who haven’t checked them out yet at microsizers.com:(
Looks good, may bite on a b plate, how much? You should probably pm me or post a reply in fs. Don’t want those moderator folk after me;)
looking good as always ph2t. Just wondering? would shaving down the original wheels give you a bit more clearance or is this not really an issue? Just thinking about the part that holds on the original tyres…
