And have u ever test the top speed of the Lxx miniz? Is it around 20km/h?

whatever u call them, they make the plane easy to control.(unless it’s windy)

Don’t use cheap masking tapes. Use 3M adhesive painters tapes. They are the best. And why not just use Mineral Turbes to strip the paint after a bad paintjob(it happen to me alota times).

The SONY ERICSSON bluetooth Car cost $110. Not a bad deal. But the range only about 10M (but no line of sight needed). But u need a Ericsson Bluetooth phone. Wish u can use the joystick on T68i to control the car.

just don’t modify the range too much. U barely able to see the car when it’s 15-20M away from u.

betty.k: ph2t had a few excellent tutorials.
There is the internal Dual Cell Mod. The DIP switch mod and of cource the cripple cap removal. So if u want get started on modify ur Bit. Read his tutorials first. It’s easy.
And once u got the hang of it. Read micro_Amps MOSFET mod tutorial.

Trust me. Not matter what heat sind u have. A dual Cell car can make the motor go very hot after 10mins of playing. Not to mention that add a Fet mod which will increase alota of current through the motor.

And there is no average play time for the car because different motors. Just to keep check the temperature of the motor. Normally i won’t play for that long. I use FET and Dual Cell only for draging which only take about 3-4 sec per run. It’s hard to race a dual cell car (even internal). Add a Fet Mod and the car will flip alot. Or if u lucky, u might flip back onto 4 wheels and just keep driving.

It’s pretty good. But i already have a Skywolf now so i don’t need one for the while. THe skywolf is actully pretty good. Easy to control and stuff…

Actully the Fet Mod let more current through. It doesn’t change the voltage. More current means more torque for the motor and that improve the acceleration alot. By doing a dual cell. THat double the rpm of the motor. so the top speed has improved dramatically.

A FET Dual Cell car will have both acceleration and top speed gain. And a Tri-Cell with mosfet will fry the motor pretty quickly unless u play with it only a few minutes and let it cool down.

A Tri Cell is really no point because the extra weight made the acceleration very slow. Unless u want to break the Top Speed Record of BCGs, there is really no point to do a Tri Cell.

It seems u can use it as a tunnel explorer once u got a CMOS camera on it. It was on sell in Jaycar. THey’re in pens and watches.
