if ehnough turned up(min 3) you could race them at any off road track. you could run around any track for play though.

yeah sounds like you have done a gear in the servo…. but they only break if you hit something hard:dead: otherwise they work well. have had one in my mini for years now.

thats it…i really dont like to play with it too much, but need to experiment more for different tracks.

you got it about right kev… the droop is used to limit the amount of up travel b4 the wheels lift. on bumpy tracks use more droop, on smooth tracks use less droop. droop also affects the ballance of the car. there is a lot more to it than that but it even gives me a headache sometimes. best to experiment if you want but dont give it too much thought yet, sounds like you have it pretty right for now.

yeah but the two ball diffs i am talking about are the same except the said gear. the 03 and 03r diffs are the same. just put an extra cone shim in the diff and do it up as tight as it will go. you feel a definate stop when the diff is fully tightened.

both diffs are the same except the ta-03 has a thinner plastic gear. i put an extra shim in mine to lock it up as much as possible.

man…kev…. dont worry about the sealed motors, just replace them. if you are thinking about the ones that cut the old style stock motors(non re-buildable) i dont think you will find one, just get your self a good stock or mod motor and i am sure someone at the track will be able to cut it for you when needed, or i can. i use a eagle laith with a diamond tip and have been for 4 years or so.

and mocky there are laithes for mini-z motors, same ones the slot cars use, check with them if you are looking for one.
