    Yes,

There is no difference at all but read the info below and chose the spider you think is going suite you best, I would go for the lead version

And there is a Terminal block option for if you are going to swap motors all the time and unlike the lead version you dont have to solder wires on and of…

Read this for the Bare Board

    Thanking You,

I at the moment am running 0 offset narrow foams with the
R32 cal on my MR01 and it looks and runs sweet…

So if you can find the offset compromise that looks good on the AWD with the R32 i am there…

Autoscales with the wheels to suite the 010 should be there next step instead of selling old 015 and 01 shells and not being able to use the wheels, What if you don’t have a 01 or 015 to put them on ?

It would be a nice stable shell for turbo mini z’s
    but not mine,
I want a Massarati for my Z if iWaver ever make 1, Saw 1 in a GT series on Fox recently Running against that S7 Saleen, Ferrari 360 and 575 gt’s, TVR tuscans and Aston Marton DB7’s and my old fav the CR5 Corvette. No Japs here.

They all looked so good racing together…

    (100th post on topic)

Why make the comparison, The board on the AWD would not be that different except you can plug a computer in to your AD and its FM,

Is that what makes it better ?
You cant say these thing without giving reason ! ! !

Next they will have a AWD 010.1 AD :D:smiley2:

    This SUX,

Hope a 3rd party company makes the wheels with that 1.7mm offset for my wanted R32 skyline collection…

Is there a offset that is close to that iike say 1.5mm that 1 could run untill kyosho or someone pull there thumbs out of dark places and get with the program.
R32’s Rule and they (KYOSHO) in my eyes/mind were stupid not to accomidate for it…

Also, They should bring out special autoscales with the wheels to suite the 010 ?
Im guessing that if we have the Chassis set we are set in that regard but they are all the same wheel style and probally only suite certain body types when it comes to looking ok and that to me is a Grrrrrr.

For gods sake its not fair i tell you…

From Aaron’s mouth, I am not the Author…

    So.

The “Spider” can handle up to 20v so that’s not a problem BUT your stock Mini-Z board is deigned to run at a MAX of 6v (4x AAA 1.5v Cells) and typically runs at 4.8v Pumping in 7.2v will likely cause problems with other components.

You are best off running a small regulated supply of 5v for the board if you go LiPo. ph2t is working on (around baby production) on a version of the Whoa Nelly that offers a regulated supply etc to run with LiPo installations safely.

Also if you’re considering going for more voltage than 7.2v (14.4?) you’ll probably want to investigate using motors built for 12v not the “stock” style voltage ranges. PN make a pair of 12v 130 class motors that could be very interesting.

    Hope this helps…

Dont tell me you have seen this already, LOL :smiley2:

    Hey Ken

How much have you paid for those hop up parts for the AWD
so I knows what to expect to pay…

The closer it gets to release the more parts on this forum and others i seem to be seeing but with no prices as yet unless in Japanese, SO Im curious as to what the prices are for that list of parts you have stated above if its not to much trouble. :smiley2::huh:

    Cheers.

Send a email to Aaron, He will get back to you on that much needed Answer to the Question in detail…

I was thinking a spider will handle either firelap fine
And the Alloy stuff for the 4.0 should be available in the ausmicro shop to the best of my knowledge…
