    Dude you were doing well,
When was the last time you raced a Z and on a track that size .

We had been racing that setup for a good week and a bit SO
you will get better with time and driving like we do it is required that if we are of line that little bit to give the racer behind a chance to pass without knocking him out…

    In other words,

If your a good racer you will make the pass back after correcting your line on the next pass, don’t knock a racer out just because he is passing you and your stuffing up… give the man some room as he should give it to you in the same instance…

I’m liking the slow-moe races with No touchy laps 😀

    :p:p:smiley2:

The lambo is cool, I like Big Dave enjoyed driving it so cheers for that…

And whoever cant pass my OL should learn to do so if they can because i wont have a racer to run for a while so a second track is not an option because i would have to stay up at Dave’s all night building it….
Get stuffed and learn to drive i say :pif you cant get around me i am happy with a bit of this rubbing, hitting, hacking and smacking

    Why complain >> LJRC regardless

Im guessing that you are talking about the smoothest concrete finish you can have like in a supermarket car park.

The topcad rims i am talking of cost aus $20-25, if your going for foam buy a medium to soft compound, you may even find that you break traction with medium on this suface…

    Good luck :smiley2:

    Hi there,

Topcad alloy rims come with good rubber and have helped me when it comes to surfaces like these, not sure on the degree but they are soft and suitable for such a surface…

These cars can be hard to setup at first, You will get it in the end.

Ball Diff, ball bearings, carbon h plates are a starting point
Like Ken has said and many others on this site will say to get these items firstly and start working around that…

Who else has more to add :smiley2:

The OL is my racer ATM and is more than up for the challenge as you know, Its fun racing it and no doubt your having fun racing against it, the challenge being to get past a big arse Landcruiser and not tip him up on his side (hint) not that it bothers me because i can drive of my side as you know doing a Homer Simpson like dance LOL woop woop wooop :smiley2:

I like betty would like a more open flowing track for said faster Z’s to let fly…

I am on the other hand happy with what we have and it will make us better driver’s in the long run and when we have
e-nuff mats i guess we will double up on its size and lane width but all in all Happy :p

I have found two hairline cracks in the same mounting points on both sides where the Balls screw in for those front control arms that Big Dave is talking about, 1 big jump and its all over i say….

I have had to replace the rear pod for the same thing so onward to metal me thinks, who cares if it gets scratched up
because i will be able to dish out the punishment more so…

i have broken shock stays also, got to love those invisible hairline cracks… What’s next

Dave Should be able to cut it for you with an engraver, failing that i know the trophy company i used to work for has a laser machine and i could make arrangements to have some things cut…

    Heya murph

Do you know what kind of speed you are clocking
if Not, Then we can wack it on a TSC to get a reading so you know where your car stands relative to everyone else…

Let us know when you have a Sunday free for a park run as we have talked about.
Would love to see your toylist as it is right there in your signiture line and another + is its always good to welcome a new racer to the clan…..

    Cheers. :smiley2:
