maybe the artworx we create are really more important than “limeted editions”. (10,000+models)

another idea: i used to buy a lot of comics for investment, not touching any of the real expensive ones and my most valuble one is a signed copy of the uncanny x-men. who conceived the modern bit? there signature on that voltz or nur could up the price by over 100 percent!!!

ph2t, i got a pair of STIFF springs out of a lighter and they hold the bit steady. i have done the fullsize wheel mod combined with afx suspension on my camo Bb:

the handeling was so improved once i removed the stabilizer bar, also you can wind multiple afx/dds springs together to create higher degrees of tension. have fun tuning!!!

as if you did copy the z-ute, nice idea !, but you cant rush flames, you used a stencil it’s obvious, don’t you trust your skills? painting flames freehand isn’t that difficult why dont you have a go?

not only does running start affect time the surface your racing on will have an affect also… does any body else own some digi-scales that are sensitive to a tenth of a gram?

shells can vary by up to a gram streight out of the box, so keep this in mind too.:smiley2:

the fog makes the car look like somebodies been getting way funky on the back seat…
the paint is superb, congrats on yor smoothness.
the arial hole sux, 2 big, 2 obvious. have you tried a hole in the front windscreen corner, much less in the way…

finding decent stickrs is a bit-ch.

damn, just read pages 2 and 3.. some of these are protos and will never be released.

super bits!!?! the article mentions something about user changeable rims:p hopefully they will be standard with sticky wide tyres ala pull back chassis.

will the third button be speed or break, this is the big question now… maybe it’s a double up of the original boost button for extra comfort?!?!?! hope not…

looks like (in pic 4) the car has got unclipping front nuckles, or they broke it removing them… those cars are sweet. maybe the tech heads at tomy have worked out they can simulate gears with the same pulse method as the boosters, and that is why there is two buttons!?!?!?:question:

ahh so it was a partial paint job, you left the original white.

are you using enamel or acrylic on the BB? no need to coat the enamel. i love my Bb’s can’t wait!!!

everybody elses buying/choosing abilities are too compromised by ideas of “usefullness” and “practicality”.

newbster, i posted details of the paintjob on a thread intitled “the source of the matrix”.

camoflage needs a set colour scheme, i.e urban,jungle,desert or i.r.a flouro orange.

better BB pics are on there way, good luck newbster. um anothr way to practice camo is on a peice of paper draw 10 boxes, then one by one attemt a pattern/chaos better than the last trying different rules like, streight edges (urban), curved only, etc

the rules i followed are in the “source”..

thanks fellas! tha secret of the orange torana scheme is wash’s of ink. the vintage citadel red wash (discontinued me thinks) fills lines and didn’t pool up over the edges. any extra info, just ask…

so the ute is a success?

as for the datto can you tell it’s orange!!! two ppl already reckon it’s red!!! my gf reckons i’m colorscrewed (not blind just mixed up)
