    yeah

instead of buying all new stuff, you can use existing gear that you have

eg i have boxes full of servos/recievers etc

    The 4wd mini z are coming soon…..

but the rs4 is cooler, cause a mini z is like a giant bit, wheras a rs4 is like a 1/10 scale car

Good to know Panda! I’ve foudn the guys at my local hobbyshop are pretty good at sourcing things as well. I think the level I’m planning on running at I should be doing OK with breakages 😉 I hope!

    Here’s what I’ve got coming.

    • TA03 F
    • Double Deck FRP Option installed
    • Full BBs
    • Alloy Knuckle Arma, Hub carriers, Castor blocks, steering arms
    • Universal front dogbones
    • Front and rear stabilisers
    • Stock Tamiya Dampers (oil)
    • Turbucks for full adjustment of alignment
    • Tyres and Rims (couple of sets)
    • Original parts to return to stock.
    • Assorted spares and other bits (pinions etc etc)
    • Stock Motor
    • Eagle 12×2 Race motor
    • Servo (Steering)
    • 2000MaH battery pack
    • Battery Charger
    • drive belt (spare)
    • all instructions and original Box
    • Skyline GTR Shell
    • [/list]

I’m paying AU$250 for the lot which is pretty good I reckon – I couldn’t buy a half decent new chassis for that – and while I still need to get some radio gear and a decent ESC for it (has a manual SC in the bundle) it has potential to be a durable alternative to my CEN GX1-EP (Dual deck FRP, belt drive yadda yadda yadda).

I reported on this awhile back. I had a series of pictures from the Tokyo Toy Show 2002 taht was held back in July IIRC. Don’t interest me much though, wouldn’t buy any. I probably would check out the tank though just to see what its like with the BB pellets.

Heres one of the pictures I had:

And check these out coming soon:

Yeah – similar problem with my 3.0 and it has a habit of popping out of the heatsink. That and rolling the car onto it’s roof as sson as you try to corner. I think I prefer the 2.2 and 2.6 motors

Bits dont have carbon brushes, so no dust

But once one is pulled apart they never seem to run as well.
