hey Prabbit, I see you built your track on a pool table, that’s a really cool idea, but isnt the surface of the pool table kinda similar to carpets which slows down your bits? I have a crappy pool table, I guess I’ll start building my own little track tonight
It’s a hard-plastic grooved wheels, on a standard-ratio gear axle. I don’t know about enhancing performance, but it sure is fun. I tried it last night, and it was like driving the Bit Char-G on ice–which was pretty darn funny to watch. Thank God my wife didn’t see me doing that on the coffee table, at any rate.
I’ll post some pics of it tonight over at The Admiral’s Lair.
SE Loctite/Zexel Skyline (45Mhz) Yes
Initial D set (AE86 Trueno and RX-7 FD) (27Mhz) no.
*sniff*
can I be on your list?!??!?
hehehehe
great compilation….just in case you want it:

-aquila outwhat does this drifting axle/gear set do exactly? will it enhance the performance of my bit-charg?
MiniZ F1’s are awsome….!
BTW… Kyosho(Makers of MiniZ’s) have a new line
of R/c Cars. 1/43rd scale or 1/2 the size of MiniZs.
They are called Epoch. Here is a link to one, and its decription:

Those DigiQFormulas and controllers look alot like Mini-Z F1s…..
Hey guys, you should post your frequencies also.
here are mine:
Honda S2000 (sliver) = no “cripple capacitor”
WRX (blue) = YES “cripple capacitor”
SE Xanavi Skyline = YES “cripple capacitor”
Wow, what a great idea..
my “brainstorm” (sinceI don’t have my Bullet or char-G YET was this… just reverse the steering magnet in the bullet and you should be able to use the Char-G remote with it, but you hold the remote upside down… just a theory.. but your way sounds MUCH easier.. and a better overall “Fix”
Great Job Prabbit!
I’ll do my part (very small, I know). I will be getting some more soon, so I’ll be able to add.
SE Skyline Xanavi = YES to the “cripple capacitor”
So far it’s looking like everything SE and later has one.
Will do. My friend has a better camera so I’ll get him to take some good pics and send them to you. The video may take a week or so.

Quote:The smallest RF remote-controlled toy car in the world
*Available remote control distance up to 15 meters*Working at 46.00-59.00MHz
*Charging time: within one hour
*Working time: around 10 minutes
*Net weight of the car: 15g
*Innovative packaging in a transparent plastic box
This seems more reminisent of DigiQ…. They get their facts wrong?

Hi Aaron.
They’re different from the OEM Mouse versions – these are definately the OEM Bullets (you can tell because of the bullet shapped packaging. The Mouse versions have a square box and a different controller.

So if someone has zero stars, does that make them a Forum Devil?

I got a digi-Q to start with, and it’s fun, but playing with my brother’s bit char-g was more fun. the digi controller’s just too big- i can get a bit char-g and controller in my pocket. the digi’s a pain to drive- i was forever having to reset the trim, andI can’t reverse very well with it, it keeps spinning… I just find the bit a nicer drive, even if it is slower. though with a 2.6 motor, my char-g’s are plenty quick enough to be fun…
oh yeah, and the IR control was a pain to use as well keeping it pointed, not losing it “behind” things…
plus I like the anorak appeal of the changable parts aspect, which is denied me with digiQ
*adopts deep, blokish voice*
“Yeah, my bad- boy’s running a 2.6 motor with the 9.86 gear ratio. Stiff front end and soft tyres at the back to dial out some of the entry oversteer”
I like my Digi, Bit I Love my Bit Char-Gs…
Yeah …. Use paper mashee to do the rally section .. i will be making on soon
They’re called OEM-Mouse cars 😉
OMG! That is one of THE best mods I’ve seen yet!
FANTASTIC WORK, Prabbit. Please hit me with some photos (and videos when ready) and I’ll create a special gallery page to pay homage to your creation!
Derek
Make’s my T-Maxx look like a waste of $400!
Great Job! :smiley14:
For the record…
The star system is there to signify the ‘level’ of the forum member. It doesn’t change with posts. Basically there are 5 levels.
1 Star = Forum User
2-4 Stars = Forum User and Moderator
5 Stars = Forum God.
In time Derek and I may appoint moderators to sort of keep things on track, but for the moment I’m making him do all the hard work on the forums while I rebuild the website 😉
Aaron
mcojoc. the digi propo controller does not improve the reception or range of the car. you would still need to remove the lens. b
Prabbit, yeah where did you get those wheels? I’ve been looking for something to replace the stock wheels, especially the front plastic ones. Do those wheels help you control the car better and go straight?
