how do these things work? do you steer with the two motors like a tank? is there a motor on the rear, or is that just for show?
what i’m getting at is, if there’s no motor on the rear and it has ‘tank’ steering, you could mount a motor on the back vertically to tilt the sub up and down. you’d need a third channel though. dunno if it’s possible, just a thought:8ball:

oooookaaay!! time for a bit of a break!
i’ve never had dealings with shypo, so i’m just going on what i’ve read here. don’t get me wrong, i’m a little difficult to be around when i get burned too. but sometimes you have to cut your losses and move on. i’m not saying that point has been reached yet, but it’s certainly time to reconsider when you lash out at others.
so c’mon guys, it’s nice to be nice.:)

having said that, i’m a vengeful beast myself. i’m not prepared to share some of the things i’ve done for revenge!! just saying, direct your evil vengeful agression to the intended target.

    love yous all:):8ball:

the motor that came with my ccg was yellow. after comparing it to the tomy 2.6 i bought earlier (orange) i can estimate that the yellow motor must be a 1.0.
yeah, i drive on concrete, got a huge back yard. i just remove the shards by blowing them away or with a little screwdriver. i usually don’t care about all the scratches but this is my special ‘pride and joy’ tomy ccg!!:8ball:

eeyup!! i’m already installing headlights and popped a 2.6 in it and i’ll be adding front suspension as it rolls over on my uneven concrete backyard. i sort of want to keep my new shell relatively unscratched, all my other clones are worn down to the plastic!!:8ball:

i tried a dual cell once, but i didn’t like it. the speed was too insane and it kept flipping over all the time. that’s just me though, i’m happy enough with my 2.6 bit and enertec micro racers:8ball:

btw, i did the mod to the letter including enamelled copper wire and it gave me another meter or two on top of the 10 – 12 i had before. i also put a telescopic aerial on the tx, much better!:):8ball:

you can fry a motor quicker with a dual cell but it doesn’t have to be that way. just make sure the motor doesn’t get too hot as when they, and most electronic components, reach a certain temperature, they die. just monitor the motor temperature and allow breaks in between runs so the motor can cool down.:8ball:

yeah farms are fantastic places for curious little minds! i used to have a lot of fun playing with, ahem, flamable liquids and toys until i burnt a shed down!!blackeye:

dunno why, but farmers seem to get a bit upset about fires on their property!!:dead::8ball:

aah ha ha:D good one maaate!!
well, kind of. i lived on a dairy farm for a while and the water troughs were quite often full of mosquito larvae (wrigglers)! i trained them to fear my wrath and become my private strike force when mature! so beware, somewhere out there is a rogue kung fu ninja death squad mosquito army!
