coming along very nicely Aaron… the wide rims look cool as. Cant wait to see the end product!:approve:
Dave; give me a buzz, going to get one tonight… plus the 350Z/GTR R34 shell set and gear/motor set. Cant hold off any longer!!!!! Will still go a series 2 when they appear…:D
i’m holding out for series two, i decided… can’t wait for that clk 55 to appear… anyone know if the series 1 shells will fit on the series t2 chassis? (asking due to the second series having working lights…)
would but it’s a treck and a half…
was just looking at the site again… the new ones are unreal… dibs on the clk 55!! Did you see the monster trucks Dave??:smiley2::approve::D
’twas Pete did say that… I only answered your question. Why are you having this battle? Only you can answer that.
“no, I insist… after you”… hehehe 😀
now that i’ve seen those s/s’s Dave I am sooo gonna get one (two? three??):D
Geo; they’re a brush muncher… about 5 runs with Neos… it’s a high maintenance piece of kit, all right…:smiley2: gotta love the end result though:approve:
and on that note, Josh; he did say then. Not now. Was a while ago… And that other was a joke, before you have another go at me… Bottom line; I dont know that you’re going to get an 01 made in Japan unless second hand

Chinese Japanese Picanese
The only diff is the molding of the chassis that says made in where ever the fuck its made, The pcb is the same and like you have already quoted, The original ones came with a KT2, Chinese with KT5, It mean nothing to meStop your bitching
nope, before you came to this forum there were issues with chinese Z’s, they had a lower standard soldering job than the jap Z’s and various other things….
like Iwavers now… and so many people are wanting 02 Iwavers… I hope the soldering job is better than their 01 version…
Jay-Z; you? Educated choice?? lolplace on the grid ready for ya mate…:smiley2::approve:
mate it was the Bit track without any edging in… dougnuts anyone?? lol lots of fun with three Z’s, must say…:D
Aaron; 1/3 of my cash oweing went into your account yesterday, the rest this Friday. Apologies again for the delay!!! D
cant beat compressed air mate… No crap to build up in tight spots either:smiley2:
right, as I see it; 01s are Japanese parts, were made in Japan, now assembled cheaper(?) in China, hance the cheaper purchase costs of 01 (you’re right J; the original ones came with a KT2, Chinese with KT5.) Another cost reducer, I guess. My guess is Kyosho made room for all its 02 gear in its Japan facility, thus shipping the remainder 01s to China. The old Japanese chassis is grey and brown. Feel free to correct me, but youv gotta agree i’m being a little more constructive today… blackeye:
you gave me an idea Jay-Z…:D:smiley2:
Quote:Quote:Hey Kev, I got some team orion “comm drops” & trinity “royal oil” that i use for my HPI Pro. Next time we meet, just remind me and your welcome to help urs buddy….:)Thanks Roe, your a champion dude.
Oh, I’m getting so tempted to get a 1/10 electric powered tourer now. 🙂
you too, eh? I love Christmas time…:D What you looking at getting Kev?
I say that because I have both Japanese and Chinese chassis… without fets the Chinese is faster. Seems to me… oh, who cares. I give up. My opinion to you is **** anyway
was hard wired… not seen one like that for ages…
done, Aaron… payment this Friday arvo… Dave
genuine Dremels are about $120 (got ours for $99), just make sure you get the one with the mains cord, not the underpowered battery driven one.
Roe; raced at my place. Had to be seen to be believed:smiley2::D:approve:this is a year and a half old topic… and am I wrong, or did it go off topic because no-one cared? Or to be more specific; no noteable difference
the thing people are doing to match my speed these days…:smiley2: I pass the crown to ya Kev, I got no time for stupid uncontrollable speeds anymore… got a track now. Shame about the suspension loss too
Cosmo; everyone’ll say they do. Mine with it’s current motor at it’s best was checked at 59kph with an eleven tooth pinion (Jay-Z; Kev’s is a 14t), but that motor’s dead now, awaiting rebuild. New motor going in when Next weeks meet happens. Setup? Um… no room here, go to my gallery and have a look at the Madman… that’ll answer most questions… Roe; shite. bloody rain… needed and all, but only on Sunday? Come on… So we set up in my loungeroom. 3 Z’s and a 2 x 1 metre track makes things very interesting… It did start with Bits but soon evolved into Z jumping and other stupidity
