true remember those guys at tempe kev with the higher gears! they never stayed on the track due to car being qiker then there skills.

as for the handling of the tb02 its really good, stable and predictable(well mine is anyways)

its all stock my set up, and i even built the thing myself. it has even steering no over/understeer for one side. and the turning circle is nice and tight.

would say get yourself an alloy motor mount with hotter motors they melt the plastic motor mount.

plus get some good tire’s.

btw even with pvc wheels (for drifting) the thing handle well.

i was in the same boat micro, after some research i was told that the the tb02 is far better.

has all the same diff’s and suspension as upper class 1/10ths plus it comes with full ball bearings, heat sink and alloy shaft.

one prob is no esc which the tt01 has a mechanical 1 but mech 1’s arent worth shit so its worth it to get the tb02 to avoid having too many parts.

and buy a good esc later on.

after watching “novice” racers at a local club meet its surprising that the onlycar that was left (therefore the winner) at the end of the race was the only one who was able to slow down at corners and not crash causing damage to there cars.

hey kev when you find a good charger let us know im in the market for a good quailty charger that u can use off a car batt. need them when racing outdoors.

btw will you be going to tempe this sunday if you are let us know coz i might be able to go early. they say they start at 10am and racing is at 12pm. i can be there for like a n hour or two if it is so.

real drift tires are expensive and dont last long.

all this time without a drifter on the courts must mean that its clean for now. lets try to keep it that way and only use one side for drifting and on the far other side for Z’s.

btw kev when is that rc18t coming in u used it yet?
