i got 1 and oh yes it kicks my mini z’s azz i payed $50 usd for a rtr kit $12 for the body kit $14 4wd conversion 48 ball berings and a few outher parts.

I dont know what the exchange rate is but im guessing about $90-$100 aus shipped and worth every penny.

its like a mini z overland mid motor mount 4wd racer so yeah it owns 🙂

only complante i have is the body kits have a small gap but no prob im filling my gaps with expoy putty nd painting it to smooth it out.

Yeah im from the us you should be able to import the xtall set for not much.

Yeah i still got my 24 fet monster but i really dont drive it any more ive ben workng on my xmod becouse it handles alot better and no dought a nicer car.

if you guys need xtalls radioshack has a set of6 for $20 for xmods that work.

if you can get a xmod get those there alot better than a mini z i just did the fets on my xmod and put a plasma dash in it with the 4wd conversion and it eats my mini z alive and only coust $50 usd 1/2 the price of a mini z.

yeah really only weight you should be reduceing are wheels so you can get more rpm’s at the wheels light wheeles mean less rotateing mass what means more rpms

i got a giant scale p51d mustang “no electronics no eng ect.” its gonna be a while b4 i can fly it and buy the rest of my parts for it but for now its a static display.

i got a nexus 60 heli that i love just took off the tranning gear and its still in 1 peace.

and my firebird xl 100+ crashes and still flying like new only mayjor things broke are the window for the batt. fixed with a wing hinge. and my wings got coped up from crashing.

tt looks good dont really like bling bling rims on black cars tho. i was looking at some show cars and some of there rims are anodized and look good. i would like to see a white skyline with some crome rims that ben colored blue with a sharpie i think that would look cool.

tc3 is good i hated it till i drove it. but theres outher cars heres some things you need to chose.

belt drive or shaft?
rear exhust or side?
slide or rotory carb?

in the .12-.15 cars i like the schumacher nitro fusion 12 rc10 tc3 trinty nitro reflex hpi r40 and serpant impulse.

.21 theres the serpant vector hands down best 1/8 scare car made 0-60 in 1.5 sec top speed of 70mph then theres the hpi not shure what name but it kinda looks like a serpant. then theres the schumacher fusion what i have and for a 1/10th scale car its a missle with its 3 speed. i also added a rb innovations supercharger to mine with upgraded pullys and hit 98.2mph ith aftermarket gears.

if you just gonna race your friends and wanna open up the box and kick some azz get the fusion but its not track leg. with its .21 and 3 speed so not a good choice if your gonna race with rules.

also i have now felt the power that is the new trx 2.5 and the power is equal if not more to my novarossi 70mph out of the box with a nitro 4 tec. and dont baleave any of the rumors about it i have 1 in my new tmaxx “had to buy another 1 i love it” and was amazed with the stock power of the 2.5 when i was beating a hpi savage with a .21. and the trx has a pek rpm of 50,000 yeah fast no load but the trx flywheel is nothing and you can buy lighter lywheels. doller for doller the 4tc is your best buy.

needle setting should be 2 1/2 turns from closed on the high speed. also it may be the idle needle the card should be about 1mm open for idle or it could just be the eng is clod when you start it give it a few revs ta let it warm up.

when i brake in a new eng. i like to leave the glow plug igniter on it why i brake it in so the plug is nice and hot.

yeah v2 can handle plasma but only 4 cells that morot is well really fast and no real need for a 5th cell and it sucks alot of juice from the batt.

you dont need 2×6 for a p dash all you need is 2X4 or any turbo. i like 24 fets becouse you get better run times and its faster and then everyone with a z has 2X6 stack only a few have 24 or 36 and even fewer have 24 or 36 with 6 cell’s

yeah i got the 9turn quad phantom and reading the dyno now and its 252.3w @7.2 and if you use hard brushes after 5 runs the com needs to be cut.

i like mid to low turns with high winds for onroad and low winds for off road. only prob is you eat brushes and its hell on your cars parts.

what motor did they use in the 100+mph rc10 oval car? i know it was a reedy i hurd it was a 16 turn but not shure

i kinda like how if you make a vent like a nitro car it keeps the turbo nice and cool. just i had to impavise on makeing that turbo so it was smaller i got mine so it looks like a cube and fits under the pcb “really tight fit” and just mounted the cap ontop of the pcb cover.

use tamiya mini 4wd bearings just soak them in alch. that makes them dry and they roll 4 ever. and if you side stack fets you can fit up to 24 under the cover.

i only payed 40 cents a fet for mine and you can find them cheeper.

as for plates. with a h plate you still need a roll shock set but if you use a o or a x you dont really need them.

since your new i dont know what your skill in soldering is but i would say just get 2 gpm v2 turbos and hook them up and its the same as a 2X6 stack.

well you need atleast 2X4 to run a plasma.or a good turbo beaing the gpm v2 or you can get 2 turbos and it will be like a 2X6 fet stack.

you can replace the bushing on the plasma to bearings “i did”

dont change the can on the plasma or it will suck i tryed it and the plasma has a set timeing or else it will suck. the duds you will know if you get 1 beocuse it will be as fast as a x speed

i like ch o and x plates.

the plasma das uses some of the best brushes i ever seen in a 130 size motor and you can only use the replacement brushes for it. so you dont need to replace them but if you buy a mech dash ultra dash hyper dash jet tuned ect you need some pn brushes.

yeah but clods coust more than a nitro car lmao. i payed $130 for my gear boxes $20 for rims and $20 for tires. $65 X2 for motors $30 for a body $140 for a esc $80 for a high torq servo $75 for a 3300 mha batt. $290 for a ripper chassy “silver and black cf got 2 clods 🙂 ” then $350 for a remote “hey i allready spent alot whats $350 more”

the cheepest it can be is $250 for the clod kit $290 for a ripper chassy or just about any outher chassy $40 for a cheep remote and $25 for a cheep high torq servo and $60 for a cheep esc $50 for a 1/2 way deacent batt. coust about $715-$1,000 way more than a nitry but alot more fun cuz you can beat the crap outta them and nothing brakes and i really like the 13inchs of suspension travle

i finly vroke down 1 day and spend about $1,500 on a clod chassy and everything and i never regreted it since after i sell my extra clod im buying another ripper or buying a txt and getting the new ripper chassy and e max gearbox conversion for that. only $80 for the chassy and $40 for the conversion but then again the truck coust $360.

lets face it the clod has ben around for a long time and nothing has changed on it and the clod isent going anywhare any time soon i think that when rc dies out it will be the last ta go but when rc dies that will be a post apocaliptica world

could be a cloged fule filter just soak it over night in rubbing alch.

what fules are you useing and what are you high speed low speed and idle at? also what kind of glow plug are you useing?
