My track – http://community.webshots.com/album/58669595eliwuKBCGs can be a little hit and miss. Some are great, some are good, and some are only ok. I have 4 and 2 are not behaving to my expectations. They’re still good, but the other 2 are excellent.
Sounds like the clones can be even more hit and miss. They can be anything from great to a dud even fresh out of the box.

My track – http://community.webshots.com/album/58669595eliwuKYeah. 2.2 motors are over the top on that track. The top you could use might be a 1.6. A 3.0 in the booster car un-boosted is ok, but very hard, so that’s about a 1.5 sort of speed.

My track – http://community.webshots.com/album/58669595eliwuKRead page 1 for a full list of questions. We basically want to know if axles, tires, suspension, and oter parts will fit the Char-G.
And where to get them online.

My track – http://community.webshots.com/album/58669595eliwuKThe lines I’m pretty ok with now (my track), but last night I had a test spin with a mate and the cars were really sluggish to start with, and the charge lasted 2 laps. After a few races they lasted longer, but one car was still erraticly sluggish.
I just want to make sure that when I put my car down for the 1st race that it will be performing at it’s best. Full charge, motor running freely, etc.

My track – http://community.webshots.com/album/58669595eliwuKThey’ll all be 1.0 motors. All Char-Gs. All with standard setups out of the box pretty much.

My track – http://community.webshots.com/album/58669595eliwuKtry http://www.bombshells.com.au. They do grid girls for Grand Prix and V8 races. Maybe they’d take 1/64th of the pay for 1/64 scale cars?

My track – http://community.webshots.com/album/58669595eliwuKEfarel, G’day from a half Italian in Australia.
You could have a non racer watching and counting laps, or marking them off on a sheet. I have seen people whi will use a 4 light beams, and flags at different heights on each cars arial. This can be a problem if the arials become bent during driving, like going under a bridge.
The above is acheived by having flags at different heights, and one light beam and sensor per car (to suit each flag height). As the car drives past the finish line, it breaks the beam of light, the sensor picks detects this, and a lap is counted. To count the laps you would need a computer attached to the sensors.
As breaking the light beam to count laps is commonly used in larger scale remote control racing, and slot car racing, there is software available on the web for free that will do the counting. Do a few searches, especially on slot car sites, and you’ll find something that could be alterred to suit Bit Char-Gs or MiniZs.

My track – http://community.webshots.com/album/58669595eliwuKFor thoise interrested in the bodies shown in post #1 of this discussion, their creator ,Addy Widjaja, went on to say this…
Right now, I have 3 different bodies for BCG, Ferrari Enzo (Red + Silver), Ferrari Modena (Red), and Lamborghini Murcielago (Green). They are handmade custom bodies and produced in limited numbers. The details of those cars are amazing, for instance, the black front grill on the Enzo has diamond pattern and even the rear grill has a ferrari logo!!! I attached some pictures for your reference.
Because this products are custom made and limited edition, the price is quite expensive. But think about this, NOT many people have this product. I say about 30 bodies around the world. The price of each body is $22 + 8 (S/H to Australia up to 3 cars) = US$28. I will send the item via USPS airmail without insurance. If you want insurance, please let me know.
I accept PayPal (my ID is krupukpecel@yahoo.com) or you can send a money order to:
