merc-blue, clones of earthmovers etc.. have been out for at least four months now. I found them here at Toys are Us. They may be at Target there (either in Aus or US). Not sure where you are from? I wanted a clone crane to lift the cars off the track:) I even saw a second line of movers etc out last week. I can try to find you pics/company info if you like. Was going to post when I first saw them but never got around to it:(

And from what I can tell the clones are multifunctional:)

Good work as always on the vid. Nice touch on using the godfather of soul;) although I am suprised you didn’t use Initial D music.

me thinks they will. If you look at what they have done with the snap in front wheels, I think more rim/wheel options is exactly what they are planning to do:)

West. Have the shell. Actually have the red microsizer shell. I just wanted the 57 mhz booster:( I did splurge on a 49 mhz booster while I was down in the States, so I guess there is no real need now. But I am still jealous;)

VooDoo is right. Try taking off the pinon that came with the motor, pbly white?, and replace it with a smaller pinon if you have one. Tomy’s black pinon will do. Have fun with your fairlady you lucky #$#@:(

How can you tell I am jealous:)

ms char-ged, take a pic with a camera (film kind) and get your local office supply store to scan it to disc. I had to do this a bit b4 I got digital. Really shouldn’t cost too much if you bring them the media (ie zip disk, floppy or cd). Transfer it to your computer and presto:) Where there is a will there is a way.

wow I am impressed. Looks like ZZ’s may have one up on Tomy right now. Which is good, ’cause a little competition tends to bring out the best:) I have heard there may be some QC issues with the SE though? Is this true?

I just saw these in the US the other day. Very cool indeed. I thought that the bodies (mainly those of the Initial D releases, because those were the ones I was drooling over b4 I went down) could have been a bit better quality:( What I was really impresed with was the amount of stuff they have seemed to jam in these.

Is all of this true? proportional steering and throtle control. Front and back lights. Any thing else I am missing? I didn’t pick one up this go but may next time:)

mac:( what format/extension are the pics in? This should not really be an issue since you posted two pics already? Unless you have looked at the others you were trying to post and inadvertantly resaved them as something other then what you had them transfered onto your computer as origionally. The ones I have in my gallery are .jpeg and are ~300 kB each.

The pic quality is not that bad. I can see the car fairly clear. Maybe you could retake a couple of shots and try to re-slot those back into the gallery and see if magically you have success. I do also know that the gallery tends to repeat the last posted image of your collection. You may get this effect with the fourth pic, once you get it posted, in the remaining empty slots in your gallery. Aaron again may be the best one to talk to about this.

Let us know if this helps??

I saw the show on the nanomuscle and was very impressed. They are using it in everything from toys to car seat adjustors in 1:1 cars. Let us see what you are doing with the stuff once you get it:)

You should probably talk to Aaron on this one. But it may be a case of refreshing the page, as a big yellow birdie once told me;) Go to the members gallery link in the general forums or ask the man himself…barto?

Or maybe I am hearing you wrong. Are you uploading all the pics on your phone to the site as a bundle??? Can you put them on a computer first then link them to the site that way individually? Let me know if I am understanding you correctly or incorrectly

You can sign up for your very own free ausmicro.com members gallery, where you can post pics hosted by the site. It is a very cool feature of the site. Here is the link:)

    http://members.ausmicro.com/

Just follow the instructions or ask questions in the general chat forum if you have any when you are trying to set up a gallery.

camera phone pics should be ok. I have seen worse:)

Icebreaka, I have to hit the hay, it is very early in the morning here. Pls pm me if you are still having troubles? Here is a link to the tech section that you first tried to follow. It should at the least help you to put the front end back together. Again, please pm me or post here if you are stuck in any way whatsoever. I can post pics in my members gallery on how to put it all back together tomorrow if you need me to. Hope this helped???? Let me know.

    good night, and good luck.

One more thing, when you replace the part with the steering spring and the magnet make sure that the steering spring ends go on either side of the white or black post sticking up by itself (as shown in the tech section).
