the Bb “camo rally”
there is spring (afx) suspension in the front full size wheels. and the trailer with netting has a single spring mounted against the axle(adjusted so it doesen’t press against it to hard)http://groups.msn.com/bitchargoz/general1.msnw?action=ShowPhoto&PhotoID=83
nice work. very neat indeed.
some might have read this speculation of mine b4:
make the sbcg buttons on top work like an up/down shift through at least 4 levels of boost.optional titanium wheelsets+gears would be awesome. the american shells would be awesome in an alloy that was light enough. “clank”
one design change on all models would have to be the steering magnet. instead of glueing it in they could incase it in plastic so a fall wouldn’t nock it loose.
voodoo is right they arnt boosters.
i have the porche 911 and will be getting my hands on the contach in a couple of days now…pics soon.
twizm are you in sydney? i picked mine up at the marigold center model world in china town for $60.
any one know anything ’bout the enzo?
the camera makes all the difference. can’t wait to show the new batch of goodies to everyone….
dgs: the z history set would be a real winner.
especially if tomy got veilside on the job to do a wild kitted fairlady as the modern version.dgs: the z history set would be a real winner.
especially if tomy got veilside on the job to do a wild kitted fairlady as the modern version.also maybe the magnets have been set uneavinly?
they sometimes glue em in wonky.
nice one, u used a lighter and a protractor?
personally id suggest forget the booster, i have one and i love it but it just doesn’t compare to the new tomy super bcg chassis.
the multi-frequency controller has bad buttons and at first feels comfy, but the range sux and from what i’ve experienced the batts do get sapped faster from the boost on/off function. there is way too much difference in the two speeds, and the half speed makes any motor sound sick (bad).
the v.2 controller is a dream, a proper antenna, stable independant buttons and a logical change in charging position make it a hands down winner.
the ride comes lowered out of the box, with of the finest shells you ever seen. and the beast does seem slightly more powerful (possibly a new revised pcb?).
at the moment i’m using the blue kit racer (modded) axle with clone black slick front tyres and stock rears. the motor is a yellow clone engine as seen over at bit pimps with the kitracer 7 tooth pinion.
the advantages of the set up is a bit of understeer at high speed(tyres and motor) and the gearing allows for momentum through corners without needing to power all the way through.
tapping go at different speeds allows for superior
power control and effectivly is a form of manual boost.this control method is a cheap way to create a real competitive machine. clone yellow/pink motor+
kit racer blue gears=extreme high speed.and the super bcg’s cram 3 channels on one freq. that equals a possabillity of 6 racers at once.
happy racing!
one day i’ll show the world……
i can clap with one hand.
i got a pair of rumble robots, decent to beat the crap outta each other. cost an arm an a leg for enough decent barcode cards.
Quote:but can we put this one to bed and talk toys again? :8ball:maybe mr.bush wanted to get saddam ‘cos he thought satan was his gimp.
goes to show you can never trust the prince of darkness…over and out…
pork hunt, i dont want no three eyed fish turnin up, k.
by the way do you shoot?MR MODERATOR PLEASE END THIS SUBJECT…
awesome… the trailer was scratch built and has spring suspension, the truck has aluminium roofracks, fullsize wheels and spring suspension.
ant chasing is sick, but i cant resist runing the bastards down….
thanx hachi!!
is this bitpimps?……
Aaron i’d be down for that,
for less than a case of beer you can join the ausmicro website fund and Know you are making a difference….
love some bit sized stickers… maybe you could sell em for $20 ausd to make the “donation” money….
the pull back wheels are to damn wide, and really more drag=less speed.
what was your tray cover made out of?
do you like the 4×4?
and are you one of the rare types who can appreciate raising a shell rather than just lowering….
pork hunt: what the press say about this substance is very different to what experienced scientists say. at least the ones who arnt afraid of popularist backlash.
nearly all of what you learnt at school was once condemned as “radical extremist ideas” and now those who have blown the whistle on dubya (bush) are now beeing harased in the name of the state, freedom and world peace (through absolute submission, silence and oppression)….
thanx betty… realistic about somethings i may be but as you will learn i can be quite off the “normal” point of veiw.
what are those “issues” ph?!
i had a go with my new porche today and sometimes it kept going after i let go of the button…. is this what your refering to?
nice cherry red paint… i did my skyline ute a while back, pity about the acrylic….. i might do a repaint one day…..
check it out….
as for the pullback wheels, i did it once and it looks nice but the turning cicle got so crap. no good for track work. maybe i did it to tight…..
and the foamys… pengrips…. cut to size they work awesome on some surfaces but when multiple foam equiped cars colide the tires tend to lose their orientation. i have access to a wide range if anyone cant find them. PM me if interested. with out a shell the rounded balloon ones work well..
