Yes I just recieved my 2 tanks one of each but it seems Toy Least has removed the english instruction manual from its site now you have to buy from them to get it.has any one here saved it so they could email it to me. I dont know how to make them keep score or run low on ammo etc but the tanks are the coolest little toys around GOTTA GET EM ALL.
The motors in the tanks are a lot smaller than the ones in bcg, so a 2.2 etc wont fit… 🙁

Nobody seems t know this…but… the cars are already equipped with neodymium-iron-boron rare earth magnets…..
I know it would be cool caine, but i dunno if you could fit that all in a bcg.
I know as much as you, im hoping for laser guidedmotorised torpedos…but i hope it fires the torpedos, but back to reality…I think it might be IR though

IIRC Varitech is the name of the vehicles/robots from the Japanese Anime/Manga ‘Robotech’ or ‘Macross’. It stands for ‘variable vehicle’ (or close enough!)as they can transform into robots from vehicles and vice~versa. Where Macross is concerned, it was a futuristic fighter jet called ‘Valkyrie’ which transformed intoa robot – but don’t quote me on this, its a long time since I saw Macross or Robotech. Hmm I know its cheap but does suspension make a difference? No cars so far have really been made for off road, or carpet/lumpy surface. I dont think I need to worry about suspension when I only use my Bit Char-G on a flat surface, correct?
Yea my motor sink kills my fingers when I try and change motors, I have to use a knife, I broke one of my finger nails trying to take it off, its as tight as hell.

LOL, I knew that hehe, I was saying it was the same IR logo thing which appeared on the digi q boxes, it says ‘Micro IR’.

I know about the battersy in the controllers. I use the same size cells as what they use in the orion and hpi packs in my micro, they were only ?3 a cell from my lhs so ?15 for the pack
Yeah i think that TOMY make them a bit too tight. I bentthe coonectionon the heat sink back a little bit, just enough to hold the motorfirmly in place without putting too much pressure on the chassis

nah im using the 2.6, and its sooooooo stiff it just doesnt move unlees you push it forward

The controllers are identical so yeah, I’d assume also that they have the same features the tanks have. I’d not seen those digi-q subs, nice find :smiley2:
Yea it says IR or something in the corner which is the same which is on the Digi Q boxes.
Man they look sweet! If they shoot torpedoes (which it looks like they do) that would be very very good! I don’t even think the bigger scale ones shoot torpedos, the fish are in for a suprise =)
Back to the original topic,
I’m probably way off the mark, but I read in the paper that JNH Australia, the officialTomy distributor in Australia, have been bought out by Funtastic (another major toy importer). Its possible that they will change the goods they import.Could it be that we are finally going to get the full range of products imported into Australia on a large scale???
