can you imagine trying to back that sucker out after 14 hours?:8ball:
eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrp!!:approve::8ball:
wait, let me put my sunnies on:smiley16: now dat’s pimpin’:smiley2::8ball:
it’s all in the faq:8ball:
i just used a regular bit pinion, just gotta make the hole a tiny bit larger. the mesh isn’t perfect but it works.:8ball:
4 cups of chino thanks! hur hur!:approve::8ball:
they’re not essential and i doubt there’s a performance boost but you just gotta get them!:D they do feel a little softer than the stock tractor treads though.
range is no better or worse than my other micros, about 10m or so.i’m really enjoying mine as a rock crawler at the mo, orange (fastest) motor and green (lowest) gears. and if you put a 6t pinion on it it’ll mow the lawn!:smiley2::p:8ball:
well you would say that!:D:8ball:
oo that’s smooth! chrome trim’s gonna look great:8ball:
i got the tyre and wheel upgrade kit as well. the tyres are really nice, semi pneumatic and really grippy. you get 3 sets of rims (chrome, aluminium and black look) and 3 sets of tyres (semi slick, all terrain and mud):8ball:
Quote:how are thoughs rear body mounts on the B4 done?
they look differentlooks like velcro, i noticed that too:8ball:
i got the body on and i gotta say it looks nice. i didn’t have to do any shaving on the front wells, there’s plenty of room for steering.:8ball:
yeah, what he said! these little beasts are fantastic. i’ve run it through all terrains i can and it’s unstopable. now i got 1:64, 1:28 and 1:10 with 4wd! here’s some more vanity pics:8ball:
i like the charcoal one, reminds me of those way laquered black street rods. “is it black or is it silver?”:8ball:
it’s more a speed thing. ph2t’s would be able to get some nice air with the fast gears and motor:8ball:
i use and recommend the pn racing s03. monster torque and nice speed:8ball:
well you certainly took it up a notch! great job.
jamie’s right, i even managed to break alloy servo gears with a full alloy front end!:8ball:Edited by – betty.k on 19 November 2004 21:30:03
these pics belong to priest:8ball:

well i’ve owned xmods and iwaver/z’s for an equal amount of time now. (about 3 months each)
in that time i’ve broken the following on the xmod:4 drive cups
2 knuckles
1 chassis
2 front axles
numerous aerialsand that’s it. most of those breakages were able to be repaired. and you all know how “gentle” i am with my rc’s:dead:.
in the same amount of time i broke too many parts for me to remember on the z waver. about 7 sets of servo gears (1 of which was alloy), 10 h plates, a couple of bodies, chassis’, shocks, etc. it just stopped being fun constantly repairing things, it broke too often for me to aquire much driving skill with rwd.
i just wanna have fun with this thing, it’s better an idiot like me has something that’s within my limits. maybe one day i’ll try again:8ball:can i get an amen!!:shock:praise jeeezers:8ball:
will i need a passport?:D:8ball:
