the thing i hate about hackers is they just crap off ordinary folk like us. i’d be far more impressed with their skills if they could do some good with them like substitute photos of george w with donkeys or create a seek and destroy prog for child porn.

there’s a race day on sunday so there will probably be a crowd most of the day for practice on saturday. i think ph2t and myself will be there around lunchtime or just after.
there’s a nice patch of offroady stuff right next to the track, lotsa fun for all scales!
i’ll be bringing at least 1 xmod and assorted micros. might bring the rs4 mt too, spray some dust around see how everyone likes that!
the rear suspension is really simple but very effective. the only way to make it better would be to add damping. there’s enough room in the body to fit a kyosho oil shock!
i did manage to get it to run for about 30 seconds stock, the steering was reacting kinda slow but that may have been the dead batts. the lights are cool, it has head, hazard and l/r indicator lights. when you turn the indicator on it blinks and automatically switches off when the turn is complete!
coolness!!i planned on using a 250mah lipo and iwaver pcb in it the whole time so i wasn’t too worried about the electrics. only prob is instead of a variable resistor in the servo they use some sorta rotary binary switch thingy, has 5 wires coming off it! so i had to modify an xmod pot to fit in it. i also found that the iwaver servo motor is much better than the stock drive motor (same size). so it’s a bit faster than a stock mini z now.
