man, it’s been over a year since i used my z! most of my batteries were dead and there was about an inch of dust on the shell but she drove like a dream.
shame my skills were a little rusty! :8ball:

right on bro! that was an unprecedented amount of bullshit i came across tonight, 83 posts of spam! sorry i didn’t get to it earlier but i had some serious drinkin’ to do.
suffice it to say that crap is so deleted it never existed!:D :8ball:
pinions tend to wear faster so i recommend metal pinions on plastic/delrin spurs. the only drawback is that combo is noisier. :8ball:

hugely late but does any one know if u can put 02 frount springs in a 01
i don’t think so, they may be too short.
i also don’t think roll shocks are worth getting, just go for a wider h plate. :8ball:
it could be the steering trimpot, try cleaning it out with some electrical contact cleaner like crc.
http://www.ausmicro.com/forum/showthread.php?t=12718 :8ball:probably because there haven’t been any new posts!
it usually shows posts made since you last logged in :8ball:
i’ve had good experiences with enertec stuff before, it’s toy grade but usually pretty solid.
what size are these? :8ball:
hey, i forgot to ask. what sorta tyres are working with this surface? are all my foam tyres useless now? do i gotta place a full on order for rubber? :8ball:
looks like i’ll have to scrape the cobwebs off the ol’ z! literally!:D :8ball:
i’ve heard templestowe has been resurfaced and is even smoother now:smiley16: :8ball:

wat motor does jamie kulhanek’s mr01 have in the pic
6 cells can u do that to a zit was a plasma dash i think. i personally wouldn’t run a z on 6 cells but it’s possible. :8ball:
sounds like a motor issue to me, see if a different motor does the same thing. :8ball:
have a ripsnorter boss! :8ball:
i’ve had a few nasty ones, broken chassis’, knuckles etc. nothing worth mentioning apart from a templestowe meet where i managed to demolish a full set of gpm alloy servo gears!
but the best i’ve seen was jamie kulhanek’s mega-fetstacked 01 slamming headfirst into a barrier at templestowe doing about 50 – 60kph! the crash was bad enough to tear off superglued foam tyres and bend an aluminium bulkhead!:smiley11: :8ball:
all the atomic parts i used on this chassis were great quality, i recommend ’em:smiley16: :8ball:
yeah, she’s still sitting on the shelf. got a good inch of dust on her though! i reckon she needs the cobwebs blown outta her;) :8ball:
spewin’! he was a good bloke and looked after his customers well. :8ball:
