heh heh, yeah!:Di originally planned to put a lambo shell on, but this one looked better. just waiting for someone to tell me off about putting the ‘wrong’ decals on now!:D:8ball:
great work, i like the proportions of zz’s. and i’m willing to bet you’ve got a little motor torturing device under that shell!:smiley2::8ball:
nice lookin’ stuff ‘prez:smiley2::8ball:
tomy slot car springs are fine, although they are as stiff as you want to go. you also need to cut them in half to fit, so you get 4 springs per set. but ua is right, ph2t’s the man. all the front springs on my bits are from him, they work good and look good too:8ball:

well after changing my charging habits according to the info there, i’m noticing a difference in batt performance for the better already! i’ll never run straight voltage into a batt again:8ball:
some springy wire, drill and a drill bit. place the bit in the drill, the diameter of the bit will determine the diameter of the spring. attach the wire to the base of the bit (somehow!) and SLOWLY turn the drill, while keeping tension on the wire. try to keep the coils close together as you can stretch it out later, but not squash it down. or you could save a lot of trouble and ask ph2t to do you some custom springs!:smiley2::8ball:

i used a white undercoat and used tamiya yellow and clear coat and the results were great. i’ve always had success with tamiya paints, and i like the colour range. maybe this helps prez?:8ball:
email accounts sounds great:smiley16: and as for advertising, i really don’t have a prob with it. in fact i like to visit the sites occasionally. and surely someone with the appropriate grafix software could put together a high res page of ausmicro logos of varying size, right down to bcg size, so we can download it, print it on a transfer sheet and cut ’em out. those that don’t have decent printers can put it on disk and take it down to the local printers, like snap, and it should only cost a few bucks.
‘prez, i think there’s a few wallpapers in the downloads section already:8ball:1/64 scale wild willy!:D:8ball:
1/64 scale wild willy!:D:8ball:
heh heh:D funny car! have you thought of using wd 40 straws instead of nails? just a thought, nice mod:smiley2::8ball:
i think those of us that have tried it will agree – cheap paint!:sad::8ball:
niiiice one brudda!:smiley2: re the clearance issue, you could make the bottom plate an upside down v shape instead of straight. it’s gonna be kick@55 with big wheels, keep us posted:8ball:
wowee! i want, where do you get them?:8ball:

cool thanks!:smiley16: it’s a very comprehensive guide that confirms some things i suspected and helps take the hassle outta motor choice.
hey micro amps, have a look at the stats for the bit char g 3.0, i think that confirms that a single cell just doesn’t do it justice:8ball:Edited by – betty.k on 08 January 2004 06:19:06
