a modded z for $160 is pretty good… you’ll be more than happy with that price once you’ve driven it… they can be a black hole for $$ tho if you let them…
cheers Barto, i’m on it… should get my Z calsonic shell up too

pics of the XaNaVi please Jamie…!!
Was there last Thursday… only Z’s in stock were the Beetle and that Vitz Toyota thing. Oh, and an old WRX readyset. Bugger all parts, just afew tyres, spring sets and a turbo. Preety certain there’s a clear blue chassis at Gladsville…
sorry, GT-ahh… been away for a week. Every Sunday, weather permitting. Sunday’s about the only day i’m not flat-chat myself. I’ll PM you my mobile number. And where’s my bloody avatar gone?!
Tim… sounds like you’re pretty close. In Ryde myself, usually run ’em down at Meadowbank. On my way down there now, actually… there’s always two Z’s down here, lets get a few more running!!
pretty cool looking little number…
im in too… same question as GT-ahh
aint that da truth…:approve:
Digi’s at Modeller’s World (car without controller) are $45 each, but only have the new Beetle and Audi TT in stock. Hmmm…
how much are the Digi sets, and do they have the cars by themselves too??
the button on the back is for choosing between the A B C frequencies… A is the only one that should work i think, with the older Bits anyway

she be taken Jamie… hands off!!!:D
I have the History set you refer to, as does a mate of mine. Neither of us get more than about 2 odd metres out of em. (not testing them at the same time, of course!!)
Cant wait to race that car, Jamie…!though about getting one but dont trust the strength of reception. How good are those retractables, VR-4?(compared with stock.) Think I may have to get one. As long as the position can be varied to accommodate different shell sizes (and hence different aerial-hole positions on the shell)
Anyone semi-local have any spare stock Z aerials unbent, now that I think of it?? blackeye:mine was $38USD from you know who… ooops. Sorry Jamie, wrong Dave…:smiley2:
you talking about the FF7 I think you are, KingRX7? Best of the series, that one. Tho Final Fantasy X came close in some ways…
z-beam: oh yeah, prefered it to Wip3out as it had some of the tracks from 1 and 2097 in high resolution. Didnt get to play it on rear projection tho, that’d be awesome.
mucking about, Jamie… though north shore types would class me as a westie, even though i’m only 30 mins. away from beaches… i’m in central Sydney, not west!!
and not old, experienced. LOLwould still be blading now if I had’nt shattered my knee in ’94… had to give up the speed skating (ice) and blading. Still have hassles to this day.
Born in ’73, got my first blades in 1987, a while before they were big here… someone who saw em not long after i got them thought they were a form of grass skis… you mean roller skates?? Got a pair of Jetboots w/ Zenith wheels floating around somewhere… and about 15 sets of broken jump plates… Mad speedskates, but old as now…
not the only old fella, Trash. Refusal to grow up here, too. Hooked on console gaming (bring on FFXI!!!!!), into motor sports (prefer V8s), avid blader once (and soon once again!!).
You guys are all fem obsessed, most of you have’nt been burned badly enough, I guess…;-) “damaged goods”
z-beam – yes, it is quick, but i still think Wipeout2097 had the best sense of (stonach churning) speed, especially in the Phirana at Phantom speed. And TIMESPLITTERS 2 rocks HARD!!! 4 way deathmatch, anyone??
I must be the only person here that enjoys, nay LOVES his work. Gotta say, signage be lots of fun. Allows me to make tracks etc. here.
Jamie – lay off bogans, bud!! Some of us cant help who we are!!!!!i get about 20 metres, then between 20 and 30m it developes a mind of its own, still (sort of) under control (likes to steer itself), outside 30m forget it…
still gotta get my pics up… width of my track is 250mm, made for sprints tho. The more techy track is 200mm
