you’re too young to remember, Jamie. Weird 80’s movie, one scene involved the use of a video camera strapped to the tray of a 1/10 truck. Amusing, but the point has now been missed
maybe closer to 1/8…:smiley2:
he be on da ball… mmmmmmmm…Enzo…
very weird… on ejoos’ note, it’d also be amusing once out of range… seeing ones shoes making a run for it (sorry – bad joke)
yeah, mines about that as well. Range is up to easily 30m+ now…:D
onya Jamie… btw bearings are in the mail…:approve:
this could be fun… anyone seen the film Malcolm? Thinking what i’m thinking?:smiley2:
SMP; those pcb lids are delicate, eh? Also, try adjusting the position of the steering magnet, that may help. If it turns sharp to the left, for example, shift the magnet to the right.
bet you could wait to get that post up, ya showoff!!:smiley2: LOL
dont forget the Wilds have two or three gears between motor and rear wheels, meaning more torque, less speed
the cheapest “real ” ones you’ll find on ebay (Australia) are going for about $150 plus postage at the moment.
true true… lol that cause any damage you did’nt find till later GT-ahh? I’ve had to replace another motor that reason…
ok, mine’s modded again but no fets yet!!
Still running the D2 AMG
carbon h’s
clear blue chassis (slowly getting lighter!)
softer rubber
aluminium AMG wheels (fronts are 9mm)
polished s/s kingpins
GPM 1 degree neg. camber knuckles
TOPCAD bearings
red anodised nuts
ball diff. II
front damper w/ hard carbon plate
rear friction shock
8T pinion on stock motor
Calsonic Autoscale bodyset which I cant bring myself to use.
front & friction shock spring sets + another x-speed next week…there are some high ones out there Barrelll… i’ve seen 1650mAh and 2100mAh (!!) AAA’s on ebay in the last week, would’nt trust em tho…
depends how smooth it is… if there’s no major cracks/debris, it shouldn’t hurt it too much. I run mine on (quiet) roads occasionally, but it bounces around a bit, so as long as the surface is even, you should have no stress. Same deal with concrete. :smiley2:
tis what I did, Jamie… better reception due to it being 50mm longer too…
I got the Kyosho ball diff II, it’s smooth as…
so where in Australia are you, Tool??
Waaaay out west, it is… i’ve got one of those Accord shells myself, its the only one i’ve found that will wheel-stand without any serious mods… just a 3.0+ and soft tyres. And go with purple, Prowler. Mad colour, plus there’s no stock shells that shade.
