man i had no luck with a). successfully registering with that website, and b). Successfully downloading that software SPEWIN.
Why can’t u use the ball diff? a ball diff should make a good improvement in offroad traction…
Heres another quote i found:
You know you are truly obsessed with R/C when you can say “My balls feel gritty” without cracking a grin”…

what merc-blue said, wire up the new servo pot and motor the same as the original servo.
Aaron i’m all paid up, now ive got just enough to buy a birthday present for ma, then i’m stuffed for the week 😀

Happy B-Day mate…
I myself had the topcad diff, it was awful to begin with, very gritty and inconsistent, but after some fiddling it was consistent….but still felt like there was a beach tucked inside somewhere…I added alot of go fast bits and the diff “broke in” and was as smooth as a baby’s ass…
GOD DAMN ARMY, i still havent been paid yet, i’ve got 3 different bills to pay and buy a birthday present for my ma.
No idea anymore!
teambonzer, how do they drive/handle, and how fast are they?
HAHAHAHAHA LOL at TD! well it’s good that it all worked out well bithed….and they all lived happily everafter…THE END

Quote:the price is already high… after shipping…Cosmo an equivalent radioto that one would cost around $100 USD….
I think it’s a bargian if it’s any good.
The half8 is a 1/16 4wd buggy, i hope it’s much less than half the cost of big brother Inferno MP 777 SP1, which will cost near $2000 to get running……
Quote:…Dave is right…the above numbers dont realistically translete to use in the Z but the info itself just gives the AVERAGE user a better of what is what and what it does…Anything over a TORQUE TUNED needs a turbo and as far as i know Nelly covers ALL of them and more!! By no strech of the imagine is the above list a PURE document…it IS the list of the information of each motor provided by TAMIYA…Thats all……The prices of these motors is always funky and ebay isnt a great measure-mark because you might have some guy in France who wants one no matter what and the price will go up…another day, and this happened to me last week, the same motor can go for half what the pervious auction did..Jet Dash’s ARE a little harder to get than other motors, especially after TAMIYA changed their names of the motors for the RC 4WD sets…Actually BANDAI has released a SIMILAR toy to the Mini 4WD…looks quite good…but thats another thread…
Hmmm what i said came out a tad harsh, what i am saying is that the RPM figures go up by a good 60% as do the other figures…..
It’s most likely not dead, I have fixed this problem of destroyed/broken pads lots of times.
All you have to do is trace back from the FET pads to somewhere you can solder a wire (thru PCB pin etc, and solder the wire to the FET stack….easy!
Those big 1/8 Monsters are very cool to watch….might have to invest in one….
Hey! All I want is the Tx, the monster truck is just a bonus, if it breaks I’ll just cannibalise it :D:8ball:.
Tower is usually pretty good, just get airmail as snailmail sucks.
Im not sure if a signature is required upon receival, been a while since my last shipment…
