Yeah it does charge single cells, i just hafta take the battery out of my bit char to charge it.

My charger has:

-1-32 cell charging capacity.

-100mAh-8000mAh charging current.

-RS 232 Serial port (connect to PC and view charge curves/graphs and cell information)

It charges NiCad, NiMH, Li-ion, Lit-Tadiran, PB leadbatt, and has Discharge, soft charger, multi-delta peak modes, basic charger, reflex charger, cell regeneration/reformat mode and more.

I often had problems with batteries in my mini z tx, they sometimes lost connection, the power was restored with a quick bash on the controller.

There is a fine line between overpowered and perfectly set up, I like my cars to have a good balance of speed, acceleration, handling and balance.

Thats fine though, ur a typical American.

Nah sorry mate, try buying a tamiya plasma dash if you want speed.

An x speed with 6×2 fets would be no slower than one with 10×2 fets.

It only matters how many fets you have when you start dealing with big power, however an upgrade to 2×2 or 3×2 will see more power and speed from an x speed motor, only because the standard FETS are McBullsh*t and can only JUST handle the x speed motor.

With A fet mod, 9-tooth pinion, and x speed, expect around 30km/h.

Hmmm have you ever tried a pistol transmitter?? You might find after trying one for a while that you quite like it.

They seem to make driving the car a lot easier than using a stick transmitter.

Oh sure, I’ve got some of that tamiya grease, and it is great stuff, but for carpet racing, it only helps to pick up crap.

Graphite has even less drag than ceramic grease (More power at the treads), and once applied, prettymuch stays there for an eternity.

You all seem to be headin’ in the right direction 🙂 A 4 cell pack connected to the car seems to work best, keep it connected for about 2 minutes and you will have a lovely long runtime :smiley16:

They just discovered where AFGHANISTAN is, and look at it now… :dead:

Yeah good point. I went on a holiday a few years back to the US of A, and my family and i were positively stunned, by the lack of geographical knowledge of the US citizens.

I.E. When we told them we were from aussie they asked:

“Do they have cars over there??”

“Do you live in the desert??”

“Do you ride kangaroos to school??”

When we told some of them we were from Tasmania they instantly thought it was in Africa or maybe in the Middle East!

Use graphite powder, it has virtually no drag, and as it is a powder, it doesnt get sh*t stuck to it.

Yeah i made a set of underbody neons, and they shorted on the antenna, and literally coocked my mini z, but the sweet spot trick fixed it up all good.
