blurrc: You might be suprised man, what with all the custom/toy/scale bodies that sit nicely on the chassis and the fact it is a real tabletop truck in a way Mini-Zs and Micro-T’s aren’t, it might be right up your alley. You only need about the same amount of room as a q-steer rather than a whole house like a Z…

I am pretty sure a Digi-Q used a “tank-style” differential speed-to-the-rear-wheels type of steering… There was proper steering front-end ones made, but I never even saw one on this board… A ZZSE board might fit, though, you would have to modify the steering circuit, but it has been done to ZZMT’s…

HAHA! It is a “Cool Pepole” Mini 4WD toy I picked up at the local discount shop in town. It is a Porsche knock off, I’ll get some shots of it in the morning… It’s not much chop, I just bought it to try the motor in my Overland…

My mini-z Overland has been AWESOME the whole time I have had it. Started out with Spider + Anima and was stupidly fast. Dropped it down to a Auldey 4wd “slot” racer motor and put some Lego tyres on it for a couple of years. She has been relegated to the shelf due to not being able to find steering knuckles… 🙁

The local hobby shop up here has a Kyosho Half-8, but with the Japanese HumVee hard-shell, $160! If only I had the funds for it…

We had the local golf club complex burn down, but everyone out here (Horsham, Vic) is safe. Had a little flare up last night about 4am but it was miles out of town. The weather was ****ing unreal that day… We had 50+kph (35mph) winds on a 48C (118F) day! It was like a hairdryer outside. We had a small gumtree come down, just from the wind and heat!
